The product I received has a round bracket (not a square one as pictured) latching it on to my earpiece and also has a more rounded ear hook than the one pictured as well, but it attached itself to the earpiece nicely and it fits my ear well.I read other reviews that said they break easily and I ordered 2 based on that information. I can tell that they are made of pretty flimsy plastic and they could break easily if they are subjected to abuse, but I installed my first one over a month ago and it is still going strong under normal daily use.All in all, my expectations were greatly reduced before I ordered this product and as a result of that, I am pleasantly surprised with what I got and am happy with my purchase. Beware of seemingly high shipping costs when ordering a quantity of these together.

What happened to $.89. My $90 headset can not be used without one of these so now I'm 'Hooked' - no pun.Why do the pictures show 2 different shapes of hooks.

I bought 2 since they were only $.89 and the original one broke so easy. I should have bought 10.

Item was the exact same hook that came with my Samsung WEP500 Bluethooth. Shipping was fast but cost me 3 times what I was spending.

The design of these is terrible. I have already had another break when trying to remove it from the headset for charging.

Mine were the thinner hook with the circle end.Price is now over $2.00 each. With the way these break you can not spend $2.00 every week to have one.
